Sun-Times Media Group Announces Organizational Changes

Media Company Seeks To Accelerate Decision-Making, Lower Costs

CHICAGO, Mar 03, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SUTM) announced organizational and management changes that are intended to help the Company operate more efficiently, accelerate decision-making and increase customer focus by the Company's leadership team. Among the changes announced today:

Mr. Barron, Ms. Swanson and Mr. Lebolt all will continue to report to Rick Surkamer, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sun-Times Media Group.
